In this course, we will explore engaging program ambassadors, transitioning existing recognition programs, developing your key messages, ideas for fully taking advantage of your available communications channels, tailoring key communications by audience, and utilizing live trainings at launch and on an ongoing basis. By putting time and effort into your program communications plans, you are helping to ensure all employees have the information they need to engage with the program and help build a culture of gratitude at your organization.
